The Sound Of Taste
This is probably one of the most beautiful and interesting things I’ve seen in a really long time. Really stunning.
Chasing the Light
Brooklyn-based Zaria Forman led an ambitious art expedition by sailing up the northwest coast of Greenland to retrace the 1869 journey of American painter William Bradford. Along the way she documented the changing arctic landscape which she would use for inspiration in several large soft pastel drawings seen above.

Snow Day
Friday was a work-from-home-and-look-at-six-inches-of-snow kind of day. The window in my bedroom is the only window in my apartment that gets any form of legitimate sunlight, so I have to keep my one (sad and lonely) plant on the windowsill to give it some light. The bright, snowy light cast some really nice light into the room.
New Year, Same You
Happy New Year, everyone!
Cookies | 12.14.2013
Went to my parents house in Doylestown, PA to help decorate the tree, and (thankfully) remembered to bring my new (err, slightly used) camera home to play around with.
These are chocolate cookies topped with melted mint chocolate (mint chocolate ganache, maybe?) that I helped my mom with.
Snickers | 12.14.2013
Went to my parents house in Doylestown, PA to help decorate the tree, and (thankfully) remembered to bring my new (err, slightly used) camera home to play around with. This is my cat, Snickers, who apparently, loves to model.
*Photo actually taken by my sister, Laura, who was fiddling around with the camera. Good job, Laura!

This is fantastic. So much fun to look around and see what you can identify. The illustration style is pretty cool, too.

People and buildings
Italian photographer Francesco Paleari latest series wanted to show that the buildings of a city are instrumental in shaping the lives of people.
Good Luck

Handmade Thank You Notes
I made some homemade collaged thank you notes for some of my family members who helped make this past birthday special.
I wanted each card to be unique and have a different style/aesthetic to them. Collages were made from assorted magazines.
Plus, who doesn’t love snail mail? I’m a huge proponent of actually hand-writing thank you notes. It goes a lot farther than you might think. Send a thank you note this holiday season. It won;t go unnoticed.

I’m (finally….) getting around to editing/organizing my pictures from my trip with my family back in August 2013 to Seattle + Alaska.
More photos to come.
(All photos shot with iPhone 5 and edited in Photoshop CS6.)

A random doodle/sketch that I (quickly) digitally colored.
Eastern State Penitentiary | November 2, 2013
I recently bought a (slightly used, but in pristine condition) dSLR from my friend and coworker Erin. I took my new camera out for a spin at the always-fun-to-explore Eastern State Penitentiary. I’m naturally drawn to this dramatic and beautiful old prison.
